Women’s health concerns we support
Menstrual health, fertility, and menopause
We work with women experiencing PMS, infertility, irregular menstrual cycles, painful menstruation, and polycystic ovarian syndrome.
Menopause care considers the changes that can affect daily life, including irregular or heavy bleeding, fatigue, brain fog, sexual dysfunction, weight gain and insulin resistance, joint pain, hair loss, mood changes, palpitations, and changes in cholesterol or blood pressure. Healthy aging and anti-aging support are also part of the conversation.
Hormonal and non-hormonal support
Bio-identical hormone therapy options include compounded hormones, estradiol patches, oral progesterone, and testosterone therapy. We also offer non-hormonal support through herbal approaches, nutrition, and lifestyle interventions.
Your care can include thyroid concerns, including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, alongside the other changes you are experiencing.
Energy, sleep, mood, and cognition
We support women navigating fatigue, anemia, chronic post-viral fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, depression, anxiety, and migraine headaches. Cognition support and dementia prevention are also areas of focus.
Metabolic, cardiovascular, and bone health
Prevention includes looking at cholesterol and cardiovascular risk, blood sugar and insulin resistance, diabetes and pre-diabetes, and weight optimization. We also address bone loss, including osteopenia and osteoporosis.
Digestive health
Gas, bloating, heartburn, constipation, diarrhea, SIBO, and irritable bowel symptoms can be part of your wider health story. We consider these concerns as part of individualized care.

Specialty testing for a more complete picture
Routine and specialty testing can help us explore your health concerns in greater depth. Options include hormonal, nutritional, metabolic, cardiovascular, digestive, and environmental assessments.
Routine labwork
Routine labwork can include a deeper look at insulin resistance, full lipid assessments, full thyroid panels, nutritional status, and baseline hormones. Many of these tests are covered by conventional insurance.
Hormone and adrenal testing
DUTCH testing is an advanced urinary test that assesses female and male hormones and their metabolites to provide a comprehensive view of hormonal balance. It is appropriate for women of all ages and for men, and is HSA/FSA applicable.
Salivary and urinary adrenal testing evaluates stress response and daytime adrenal output. It is used in the evaluation of brain fog, chronic fatigue, mood disorders, blood sugar dysregulation, and insomnia, and may be HSA/FSA applicable.
Nutrient assessments
Comprehensive nutritional profiles can measure more than 125 markers, including water- and fat-soluble vitamins, mitochondrial nutrient status, oxidative stress, and the body’s ability to address toxins. This testing is HSA/FSA applicable.
Digestive and food sensitivity testing
Stool analysis helps uncover digestive challenges and inflammation while providing a comprehensive evaluation of the gut microbiome. It can be combined with food sensitivity testing and SIBO breath testing to better understand bloating, IBS, and reflux or indigestion. It is also considered for autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, and skin conditions, and is HSA/FSA applicable.
Food sensitivity testing evaluates delayed food reactions contributing to chronic health concerns. Associated symptoms and conditions include brain fog, bloating, weight gain, mood swings, joint pain, eczema, chronic fatigue, headaches, hives, IBS, recurrent sinus, ear, or lung infections, and acne. This testing is HSA/FSA applicable.
Blood sugar and cardiovascular assessments
Continuous glucose monitoring support helps track blood sugar. Advanced lipid assessments, including NMR lipid profiles and lipoprotein(a), evaluate early heart disease and prevention. These options are HSA/FSA applicable and, in certain circumstances, covered by insurance.
Brain health testing
APOE/MTHFR genomic testing is available as part of brain health assessment. This testing is HSA/FSA applicable.
Galleri cancer screening
Galleri is a multi-cancer early detection blood test that screens for 50 cancer types, including breast, ovarian, colon, pancreatic, brain, and skin cancers.
Mycotoxin and environmental toxin evaluation
Mycotoxin testing evaluates exposure to harmful metabolites caused by mold or fungi through urinary assessment or home dust samples.
Environmental toxin evaluation uses urinary testing to assess exposures and potential neuroendocrine disruptors such as phthalates, parabens, styrene, and toluene.
